Why we exist
A home is the biggest decision most families make. The people who guide them through it should be chosen for how well they do the work, not for who can afford the loudest marketing.
Most agents run their own business. They compete with brokerage marketing teams and with whoever posts the most, and good agents lose listings to louder ones every day. The work that makes an agent visible is constant: every listing needs to be announced, every price change shared, every sale marked, every past client remembered.
The agent has already paid for the photos, the listing and the brokerage. We think every listing should produce weeks of marketing that shows her at her best, without her having to become a marketer. With a general tool she does that work again every time and starts from zero every time. With Telphos the work gets done, it knows her, and it gets better with every listing.

Agents keep their listings, their brand and their data. We learn from it only with their permission, and we never train on their photos without consent.

The company
Telphos comes from the Greek tēle, far, and phōs, light. Light that can be seen from far away.
We are a small, independent company in New York. We started with the listing because it is where an agent’s reputation is made in public, and we will grow from there one job at a time.
